1. General Conditions

Social Nomads is operated by 22STARS. All Impact Tripbookings are made with 22STARS, registered in the Netherlands. 22STARS operates
Impact Trips in Uganda through licensed third party tour operators and partners
holding the appropriate permits to operate commercially in the destinations
visited. By booking a Impact Trip with 22STARS and or using the 22STARS
website, you agree to these Booking Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you
have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be
bound by them. In these Terms and Conditions, you are referred to as the
Participant.

2. MinimumAge and Health Condition

The minimum age for participation in any 22STARS Impact Trip is 18 yearsunless the Participant is accompanied by a responsible adult. You are
responsible for informing 22STARS of any pre existing medical condition,
disability, or health related issue that may reasonably be expected to require
medical attention or increase risk during the Impact Trip.

3. InsuranceRequirements

All Participants must hold valid and adequate travel insurance for theentire duration of the Impact Trip. Proof of insurance must be provided to
22STARS prior to the start of the Impact Trip and carried by the Participant
during the trip. At a minimum, insurance coverage must include medical expenses
for accident, injury, illness, and death, including pre existing conditions, as
well as emergency repatriation, air ambulance or helicopter rescue where
applicable, and personal liability. You acknowledge that trip cancellation
insurance may be the only means of reimbursement for flights or other non
refundable costs should you cancel your Impact Trip for any reason.

4. Payments

22STARS accepts payments via PayPal and direct bank transfer. A depositis required to confirm your place on the Impact Trip. Full payment must be
received prior to participation in the Impact Trip. Failure to complete payment
by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking without
refund.

5. Discountsand Promotions

Any discounts or reduced pricing are granted solely at the discretion of22STARS and may be withdrawn at any time.

6.Cancellations

Cancellation fees are applied as follows:

• 60 to 30 days before the Impact Trip start date: 50 percent of thetotal Impact Trip price
• 30 to 14 days before the Impact Trip start date: 75 percent of the total Impact
Trip price
• 14 days or less before the Impact Trip start date: 100 percent of the total Impact
Trip price

Cancellations made within 14 days of the Impact Trip start date resultin the loss of all payments made. For this reason, comprehensive travel
insurance with cancellation coverage is strongly recommended.

If 22STARS is required to significantly alter or cancel a Impact Tripfor reasons within its control, you will be notified as soon as reasonably
possible. In such cases, you may accept a comparable replacement Impact Trip or
receive a refund of all monies paid.

7. Passportsand Visas

A valid passport and valid Ugandan tourist visa are required forparticipation. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with
passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements.

22STARS assumes no responsibility for verifying travel documentation andis not liable for any consequences arising from incomplete, incorrect, or
expired documents.

8. Limits onResponsibility

22STARS is not responsible for costs or losses arising from incorrect ormissing travel documentation. If you are unable to participate due to
documentation issues, cancellation terms apply. 22STARS is not responsible for
flights, accommodation, transportation, or services booked independently of the
Impact Trip package. 22STARS reserves the right to make reasonable changes to
itineraries, accommodations, transport, or activities when necessary, provided
such changes do not materially alter the Impact Trip or compromise Participant
safety.

9. RiskAssumption and Travel Advisories

You are responsible for reviewing travel advisories issued by yourgovernment and for taking appropriate precautions for your personal safety and
health. Travel in Uganda may involve standards of accommodation, transport,
infrastructure, medical facilities, and hygiene that differ from those in your
home country. Participation in a 22STARS Impact Trip involves inherent risks,
including but not limited to injury, illness, psychological stress, loss of
property, inconvenience, or death. By participating, you voluntarily assume all
such risks and release 22STARS from any claims arising from these inherent
travel risks.

10. ForceMajeure

22STARS may cancel a Impact Trip due to force majeure events beyond itsreasonable control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, government
actions, natural disasters, epidemics, or other unforeseeable events. In such
cases, neither party shall be liable for losses incurred as a result of the
cancellation. Each party bears its own costs incurred up to the date of
cancellation.

11. ThirdParty Suppliers

22STARS engages independent third party suppliers for accommodations,transport, activities, and services. While reasonable care is taken in supplier
selection, 22STARS is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third party
suppliers.

12. OptionalActivities

Optional activities not included in the Impact Trip itinerary areoffered by independent providers. Participation is voluntary and at your own
risk. 22STARS does not endorse, supervise, or assume liability for optional
activities or events and is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss
resulting from participation.

13. Baggageand Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their own baggage and personalbelongings at all times. 22STARS is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to
personal property.

14. Pricesand Validity

Prices are based on current exchange rates, taxes, and local costs.22STARS reserves the right to adjust prices if costs increase. International
flights, visas, insurance, meals not included, personal expenses, optional
activities, and gratuities are not included unless explicitly stated.

15. Trip andItinerary Changes

22STARS reserves the right to modify itineraries or inclusions whennecessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives in
the event of changes beyond our control.

16. Marketingand Publicity

22STARS may take photographs and videos during the Impact Trip forpromotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image
unless you notify 22STARS in writing prior to the Impact Trip. Images will not
be sold to third parties. Participants may not commercially use Impact Trip
images without prior written permission.

17.Complaints, Claims, and Refunds

Any complaints or claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of ImpactTrip completion or cancellation. Claims received after this period will not be
considered.

18. LocalPayments

Optional activities are paid locally directly to suppliers. The localcurrency in Uganda is the Ugandan Shilling. Participants are responsible for
managing their own spending.

19. CulturalAwareness and Conduct

Participants acknowledge that cultural norms and laws in Uganda maydiffer from those in their home country. Participants are expected to respect
local laws, customs, and cultural practices. Drug use is strictly prohibited
during the Impact Trip. Responsible alcohol consumption is expected at all
times.

20.Communication

22STARS will communicate with Participants using the email addressprovided. It is your responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate.

21. Privacy

22STARS collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose ofproviding Impact Trip services, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

22.Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shallbe subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Breda, the
Netherlands.

22STARS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Thecurrent version will always be published on the website.
